The Haitian judge currently responsible for investigating the July 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moïse has indicted his own widow, Martine Moïse, ex-Prime Minister Claude Joseph and the former chief of Haiti's National Police, Léon Charles, among others, in a shock report that was released to the public this week. The indictment is perhaps surprising since Mrs. Moise was herself injured with several bullet wounds during the assassination and evacuated by air ambulance to Fort Lauderdale in Florida where she was treated.
