Lockdown has had a demonstrable impact on the mental health of employees. Now a new report from Aviva – Embracing the Age of Ambiguity, based on research that was undertaken back in February, and then repeated after the beginning of the first lockdown, has enabled us to see the effect of a changing work environment  on stress and anxiety levels, and on employee wellness generally.
