tears for fears saying about letting it all out through the power of shouting and Iceland is wanting people to do the same promote. Iceland is wanting people to record their screams in untouched parts of the country and the new Let it Out campaign therapist and mental health consultant. Zoe Aston says screen therapy is a way to let out emotions that are pent up and shouting allows the part of the brain called the Amygdala, which stores stress to release it. There is also a step by step guide on how to do it. People will either use words, volume or even their breath as their screen. Here's how to do it slightly bend your knees with your shoulders relaxed and hands on your hips. The scream should come from your gut and the person can do their scream in one of Iceland's seven different geographical regions, including the west fjords and South Iceland. And maybe as you can tell, the Lennon Out campaign is a clever promotion for Iceland's tourism director of tourism. For promote Iceland said people are dreaming about the time when it will be possible to travel again and even plan to travel in the near future. We want to be a part of that conversation. Stress relief is appropriate in these circumstances, but at the same time gives us the opportunity to show the country and remind ourselves of the advantages of Iceland.
