Westpac lands 'one of Australia's leading corporate lawyers'

Westpac Group has announced the appointment of a new group general counsel.
On Wednesday, the bank confirmed that Shannon Finch will take on the role starting 1 November. 
Ms Finch has almost 30 years corporate legal experience and is currently a senior M&A partner at Jones Day and member of the advisory committee to the Australian Law Reform Commission.
