Mark Kerbey has denied posing as an air ambulance boss to obtain goods
A MAN has denied posing as an air ambulance director to obtain vehicles worth more than £100,000.
Mark Kerbey has appeared in court to answer charges relating to alleged incidents in 2018 and 2019.
The 58-year-old of Brecon House, Westcliff, is alleged to have posed as a director of Trinity Road and Air Ambulance to obtain £19,072 worth of Apple devices on September 25, 2019.
It is also alleged that between September 1, 2018 and March 1, 2019 he posed as a director and claimed he could pay the leasing costs of five vehicles worth £120,442.
The third charge alleges that between November 20, 2018 and March 1, 2019 he claimed he would pay for mobile phones so he could obtain £7,065 worth of phones.
