M there maybe some rain starting ashore. There is a sharp edge of the snow but it is not moving this way. It is moving this way. Certainly if you are in the pocono, you could see six inches of snow. Thats not untypical for that area. Lets focus on these colored bands, where you see the shades of white, much of south jersey and jersey shore and delaware, other than northern delaware, you will look at perhaps rain changing into snow melting when it hits the ground. We are quite warm right now, we are in the 40s. Tomorrow the ground is not frozen as it was last week. The purple slot, this is right on the other side of i95 corridor, it will include jersey and philadelphia and into the lowest portions of pennsylvania suburbs, thats where he we could see one to two inches of sloppy snow. Then we move into the suburbs and upper pennsylvania suburbs of one to three inches of snow. The darker shades you see, Lehigh Valley and to the pocono, thats where we could see the totals of three to six inch range. Lets break it down. Right now, if it stays as warmest as we are expecting, you are looking less than an inch on the backside of jersey shore. Thats probably going to melt right away. Cloudy skies and 32, lehigh, and burke countys. Thats quite a difference. But, the temperatures in the Lehigh Valley and berks county is a different story. It is 30 degrees in leonardsville. 33 in redding and this is as warm as it is going to be. Temperatures will be going down from this. You will get darkness and a little bit cool temperatures, you can get this to stick on the roads. Here is our future cast, again, way too warm for any problems from philadelphia south ward. There is the temperature dropping in redding and allentown and lancaster and later this evening, could start a little bit of rain and parts of delaware and south jersey and more snow to the north and west and by the morning rush. Temperatures have dropped. At 32 degrees is on the marginal sides. Thats why i am thinking untreated bridges and overpasses is a problem. By the time we get towards 30 degrees mark, the snow is out of here. The colder places have the greatest chance of getting any kind of problems. How much snow . Three to six inches in this darker shaded area ranging down to a mixture of rain and snow, it does not really accumulate very much. So in the higher area, east in allentown, redding, richland and further to the south, there is only one to two inches now and abo abbinnton and philadelphia and wilmington and further to the south of that, we are in pretty good shape because it would be mostly rain and a little bit of snow.
