Isis is calling the suspect in the deadly truck attack in manhattan one of its soldiers. Police say Sayfullo Saipov drove his speeding rental truck on to a bike path tuesday killing eight and injuring 12 others. Isis claimed responsibility, but the group has offered no evidence to support the claim. Police shot saipov. Hes under arrest, facing federal terrorism charges. Now youre looking at the eight people who lost their lives on that bike path on tuesday in the attack. The lost lives are now inspiring a growing memorial. When she woke up this year with pain in her arm, chest, and difficulty breathing, she thought it was stress. I have known the signs of heart attack but never in a million years thought it would be. Im young, im in shape, i dont smoke. Reporter after her breathing became more concerning, her husband called 911. I was down receiving cpr chest compressions and aed for about 45 minutes. Reporter at the phoenixville hospital, they determined she was having a scad, a spontaneous coronary artery dissection. Her artery had torn and was causing a complete blockage. She remained in a medically induced coma in a week. I wasnt responding to the medications being given to her. Reporter her pulmonologist tried a different drug, and it worked. Amy came out of the comb aleft the hospital coma, left the hospital, and the tear in her heart healed on its own. She cant pick up heavy objects, and her spinning class days are over. A man who witnessed the attack yelled at wiggins to stop, then tried to intervene. He walked across the street to see if he could help. As we walked over, the guy sucker punched him. He went down.
