It happened in West Philadelphia around 12 30 this morning. No arrests yet in this case. Now to the case thats rocked south philadelphia. The 16yearold accused of shooting and killing two other boys remains in jail. The judge denied bail for brandon olivieri. Nbc 10s drew smith was the only reporter in the courtroom when olivieri was charged with killing sal dinubile and caleer miller. The suspect said little and didnt talk as the judge read the charges against him. Hundreds came to say their final farewell to sal dinubile yesterday. The lines were so long at the epiphany of our Lord Catholic Church hundreds of people who tried to get into the funeral could only sign the guest book outside.
