WATERBURY — A trial looms for a city man after he rejected a 30-year plea offer on a murder charge Tuesday.
If convicted, Erick Malone, 27, faces 91 years and 120 days in prison, 33 years of which are mandatory. Malone was charged in connection with the murder of Jahliek Dieudonne on Nov. 5, 2016
