OCEANSIDE, CA — A playful pod of dolphins were captured on camera by Oceanside Adventures, with one of the marine mammals enjoying a "belly rub" from the dolphin and whale watching tour agency's boat.
The video, which was shot Monday off Oceanside by first mate Chris Fairbanks, shows a Pacific white-sided dolphin swimming upside down near the front of the boat.
The dolphin was among a pod of about 30 Pacific white-sided dolphins spotted "bow riding" the 50-foot catamaran, according to Donna Kalez, co-president of Oceanside Adventures. But this particular dolphin swam upside down for about two minutes.
