Washington state doctor blamed for 18 opioid deaths opens new magic mushrooms clinic in Oregon as he claims he got 22,000 out of his 33,000 patients OFF drugs

Dr Frank 'Danger' Li ran a chain of pain clinics in Washington until state regulators suspended his license, alleging his clinics had prescribed drugs which contributed to the deaths of 18 of his people.
