Washington County, OR massive $1.6B water supply project moves forward

Washington County, Oregon is building a $1.6 billion Willamette Water Supply Program to provide a new water source to Tualatin Valley Water District, Hillsboro and Beaverton. The water supply program is designed to withstand the predicted Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake.
