Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park in Shreveport to remain closed through construction

Caddo Parish announced Wednesday that the Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park would not reopen before construction is finished to upgrade the park, which includes demolishing the current facility.
