Virginia Beach teens charged with murder, attempted robbery

Police announced Monday the arrests of a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old oy in connection with the death of Richard Cantey, 21. The two teenagers are being held at the Virginia Beach Juvenile Detention Center.
