Two-term MLA Pushkar Singh Dhami, a protege of former CM Bhagat Singh Koshyari, has been elected the new chief minister of Uttarakhand. He replaces Tirath Singh Rawat, a known loyalist of another BJP stalwart BC Khanduri.
