USDA withdraws horse soring regulation with new rule in the works | Agri-Pulse Communications, Inc.

The Department of Agriculture’s steps to update the enforcement of the Horse Protection Act added another chapter this week with the withdrawal of previous rulemaking, an action it says was supported by comments on a new rule that could soon take its place.
