USDA finalizes WIC changes with boosts to fruits and vegetables and cuts to milk

USDA's Food and Nutrition Service finalized changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children Tuesday which aims to boost fruit and vegetable consumption but includes cuts to milk and dairy.
