"It's tough," Plummer said. "You just keep going, just like every other business down here. It is a day-to-day thing at this point."
Last week, Gov. Gavin Newsom said, "I fear it's a little illusory, this notion of herd immunity." Despite that, Gov. Newsom is allowing businesses to fully reopen on June 15.
This had Plummer feeling a little uneasy.
"It is definitely concerning,” Plummer said. “To say I am not scared about it; I would be lying but I am hoping that doesn't happen. We are going in the right direction. Everyone is getting vaccinated, and I just hope we can keep moving forward."
