Fla. couple drop suit against OceanGate CEO who died in Titan sub The Winter Park couple who sued OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush for fraud have dropped the lawsuit in light of his death aboard the lost Titan submersible, according to a statement released by the couple’s spokesperson Monday.
