City of New Bern Fire-Rescue pulled a boater whose anchor line snapped during Tropical Storm Ian on Friday, pushing it into the Neuse River Bridge, and an unoccupied 30-foot catamaran named the Katalyst grounded Friday afternoon near the north end of Oregon Inlet.
