FRENCHTOWN TOWNSHIP -- A man and woman were charged in the shooting death of a Newport man that occurred at the Pleasantville Mobile Home Community early Saturday morning. Officials said in court the shooting was the result of a love triangle.
Austin Corey-Jordan Green, 21, was charged with one count of homicide, open murder, and one count of a felony firearm. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bond.
Riley Morgan Young, 20, is being charged with one count of felonious assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of domestic violence. She is being held in the Monroe County Jail on a $50,000 cash or surety bond.
