Twelfth Class Results: BOSE Not Offering Plausible Explanation for Historic Goof-up

by Babra Wani SRINAGAR: The Jammu Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is yet to respond to the goof-up that led it to declare distinction-holders as failed candidates in the just declared twelfth class results. It issued two notifications correcting the earlier results.
