Tweed Heads West alleged murder: Gruesome details emerge as tenant is charged after landlord was found dead during welfare check

Police arrived at the Tweed Heads West property on Wednesday afternoon and found the body of 63-year-old Donna Baraket inside. She could not be revived and died at the scene.
