Specifically, the Court of Appeal finally determined the petitions separately filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Labour Party (LP) against Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC), the party declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the winner of the 2023 Presidential Election.
