Trump was expected to make a speech dealing with immigration earlier this month, but that was delayed following remarks that seem to indicate he was softening his hardline position. Hena daniels is here in new york with more. Good morning. Trumps announcement comes as he continues to reach out to minority voters. The task proving more difficult after the republican nominee sent out a series of highly controversial tweets over the weekend after the murder of an africanamerican mother of four in chicago. Reporter donald trump took to social media to detail plans for immigration in arizona wednesday before big crowds. The Development Comes amid speculation the republican candidate is softening some of his hard line proposals, including plans to create a deportation force. Appearing on cnn sunday, running mate mike pence maintained trump has stayed consistent. We will have a mechanism for dealing with people in this country that you heard the word humanely again. Its going to be fair. Its going to be tough, but there will be no path to legalization, no path to citizenship unless people leave the country. Reporter trump is facing an uphill climb trying to win over minority voters. The effort grew more difficult over the weekend after the republican nominee tweeted about the death of nba star dwyane wade add being, quote, africanamericans will vote trump. He is trying to make the case that the increasing random crime in murders is essential to all reporter Hillary Clinton is trying to paint trump as hostile toward minorities, while dealing with criticism over a socalled pay to play operation between the Clinton Foundation and the state department. Police say they have arrested two brothers and charged them with the Fatal Shooting of that mother and held without bail and charged with firstdegree murder and attempted murder. Operations at Los Angeles International airport are slowly returning to normal after a false report of shots fired, disrupted airport operations and passengers. Last night reports of a gunman sent panic passengers running on to the Police Rushed to the scene but now report there were only loud noises, no gunshots at all. The source of the noise is unknown. Flights to and from the airport were delayed, though. And a person wearing a zorro costume was detained. He says he was an actor at the airport to pick somebody up and he forgot to take his costume off. He was wearing a mask and fake sword. This morning, forecasters are watching two weather systems expected to impact the southeast United States. One tropical depression formed in the atlantic and reach north carolinas outer banks tomorrow and its expected to produce 1 to 3 inches of rain. The other storm is moving through the florida straits and expected to produce rain across southern florida and the keys before moving into the gulf of mexico. Folks in western pennsylvania hope to dry out today. Yesterday, storms produced heavy rain and local flooding in pittsburgh. Roader stranded. At least four people had to be qued, but rescued but no one was seriously injured. In cincinnati, flooding. Power was out to more than 12,0 12,000 residents and some schools are closed today. The driver of a bus who slammed into a fire truck in louisiana is being charged with negligent homicide. Two people were killed, including a fire chief. The bus was taking Flood Recovery workers from new orleans to baton rouge. The fire truck was on the scene of a previous accident. The bus hit the fire truck and then slammed into another car and a passenger in the rear seat was killed. In northwest louisiana, police are searching for three escaped convicts. They escaped from prison saturday night. They apparently jumped over two rolls of razor wire. Now two were serving time for robbery. One for attempted murder. It was caused by loud noises. There is video of officers closing in on a person dressed in what looked like a zorro costume. See him getting on the ground. No word if he was arrested. A willow fire started yesterday afternoon. They are blaming a driver for sparking the fire. They arrested her on dui charges. The fire burned across 500 acres. Nearby subdivisions had to be evacuated for several hours. The fire is about 15 contained, crews have slowed the progress enough to let folks back in their homes.
