The 49yearold is the first victim of the crash of air asia flight 8501 to be identified and returned to family members. She was buried thursday in a private ceremony. More bodies were returned to indonesia for identification thursday and honor guard carried the coffins marked only with numbers. The search for victims and debris from the flight was suspended again as heavy seas prevented divers from entering the water. The seas have even prevented crews from hearing the pings from the ack boxes. You need real or silent in order to do that. Otherwise, you will interfere with the other signal or other noise. Reporter search planes identified a large shadow in the sea which is believed to be the wreckage of the flight. But crews cant confirm that until divers can reach the area. A woodbridge, virginia man is behind bars charged with killing his wife. Prince William County police say 22yearold John Sherwood stabbed and kilted 21yearold Erica Sherwood early this morning. Detectives say erica was staying with a friend last night when sherwood showed up and began stabbing her in the upper body. He fled the scene but was captured a short time later. A maryland mother remains behind bars in ohio today. One day after police recovered the body of her 14monthold son. Stevens of frederick was in columbus, ohio when she told police she left her son Cameron Beckford on the strangers porch. Police later found the little boys body in a bag in a creek. Stevens was initially charged with child endangerment and no word on when or if any charges will be filed against her. Prince georges county police have very few leads as they work to identify a suspect or suspects in the murder of a cab driver. Officers found 29yearold kadir uhiai shot no death inside his cab to death inside his cab yesterday morning. The cab company says his last fare was two hours earlier and several miles away at the addison road metro station. I didnt grow up here because he was in the army and we moved around but i loved this city. And i love what muriel has been talking about during her campaign. I was one of supporters. As an honorary Chain Planning this chair planning all this, is there a theme youre following . Yes i think fresh start really sums it up. Its a great time for the city. So she wants to get in and get to work and she wants to continue the progress that weve seen in the district of columbia. She said were going to start our administration on a high note with the events that are exciting and accessible to the public and reflect the values to have district. How are you carrying out that charge . Well, this is the first three day inaugural. Its starting this morning with a 5k run walk. In my neighborhood as a matter of fact. Starting at the Oyster School tomorrow. Theres going to be a Church Service and then her swearing in and then the big inaugural ball tomorrow night. Where see ha e. Is going to be sheila e. Is going to be performing. Did you help make that happen . Im sure we had something to do with it. Perform for 75 minutes i hear and she never holds back. I love her. And then theres going to be the first ever kids inaugural on saturday. So thats very exciting. Thats going to be at the southeast tenson center. Free and open to the public but you had to register for some events and tickets, any tickets left for people who want to take part in the inaugural ceremonies or even kids day . I think there are probably some tickets left and hopefully people will call and request them. I know were expecting 10,000 people over to participant over the participate over the three days, about 1200, 1300 kids on saturday. I hear the location looks fabulous with playstations and all kind of fun events so yeah people should call and get still try and get in. And its going to be a big celebration. I mean its not every day you get a new mayor. This is only our second female mayor. So im very excited about that. And hopefully everyone will participate. Yeah we are going to see another chilly start tomorrow. However, by the afternoon, things are going to warm up substantially. Another cold night no actually going to start the morning below freezing. But by 9 00 tomorrow morning, were already making that journey into the mid to upper 30s. 38 for downtown d. C. 34 for gaithersburg and 36 by andrews. Now by lunchtime tomorrow already into thes and big improvement and a nice looking day ahead for your friday. Lots of sunshine out there right now. But we do have some big changes coming from some ups and downs through the seven day forecast. Still going to be cold tonight and we have the clear skies in place, the calmer winds and then a little breezy at times right now but calmer for tonight and still that relatively dry air. Were going to be below freezing but at least were not in the teens tomorrow. A quick warmup and clouds and warmer temperatures for friday. The clouds will really roll on in after lunchtime and set us up for the weekend. Some wet weather headed your way for saturday night and into sunday. Now were going to see some showers as early as saturday afternoon but most of the rain, the bulk of it will come through saturday night and early sunday. Then it gets even colder so if you thought yesterday was cold wait until you see the seven day forecast. Monday is just going to be brutal. All right heres a look at your futurecast, stay pretty pretty nice through tonight and into tomorrow. But with those clear skies, we still trying to see those temperatures begin to warm up. This is midnight tonight. Cleathe clouds are quickly approaching. For your friday. As we slide through your friday morning. This is 8 00. Still some clear skies out there. So thats why were going to see the temperatures stay below freezing. But youll try to see these clouds start to work their way in for friday afternoon. By friday afternoon we get the clouds and warmer temperatures. So we trade out the sun for a little bit of a boost in the temperature. Mid to upper 40s tomorrow. So thats actually a few degrees above average. 9 30 in the morning the clouds are working their way in. By 8 00 partly to mostly cloudy skies. You can see the rain off to the southwest working its way through. Its going to come from the south so we are dealing with just rain for our area. Its going to be a warm rain saturday night and into sunday. It comes from the southwest and moves off to the northeast with a pretty powerful front. Youll see how strong the winds are going to be on sunday evening and into monday. So this is saturday at 8 30 in the morning. The beginning of your day on saturday will be dry. So we have plans early in the morning, that Early Morning jog will be okay. Not too bad temperaturewise so it will be pretty comfortable. As we head through saturday afternoon, this is 3 30. Notice we have a little bit of the winter precip through West Virginia and through pennsylvania but we are just looking at rain here. Couple of showers on the leading edge of this front but here comes more rain kind of lining up for sunday morning. And then it will all get out of here by sunday afternoon. Kind of tapering off slowly. 38 to 43 degrees today. Lots of sunshine. Its still a little breezy especially with that wind out of the southwest 10 to 15 miles per hour. Little breezy at times.
