Officials reported potentially sickening Food Holding Temperatures like chicken, beef and shrimp at 50 degrees. And several mice droppings. In germantown, inspectors closed la mecca that on middlebrook road citing 14 Violations Including unsanitary conditions. The owner wouldnt let the cameras in but said someone accidentally left the fridge door open right before the inspector arrived. And he says the unit is cooling properly now.
