The parents of one of the victims said they were frustrated. Seriously injuring two, killing two, and putting the lives of more than two dozen at risk is really disgraceful and the maryland law needs to change. I cant believe you can walk in and write a 5,000 check and im never getting my son back. The murk family plans to fight for new laws in maryland to increase the penalties for this crime.
