He disappeared last friday night after leaving his mothers home in virginia. First responders have had to evacuate dozens of houses. That is right in the heart of the neighborhood as you can see here, it is generating a lot of thick smoke. That forces firefighters to be extra careful. Were told that one firefighter suffered some minor injuries. No reports of anybody else being hurt. And in about an hour, the family of the 77yearold mills will hold a vigil at the location where he died. Mills suffered a heart attack from across the house where firefighters allegedly refused to come out and help him. Now that family is calling for those to be involved fired, calling for an attorney. Two firefighters including davis are on paid leave and a rookie firefighter have been reassigned while the matter is under investigation.
