That is right in the heart of the neighborhood as you can see here, it is generating a lot of thick smoke. That forces firefighters to be extra careful. Were told that one firefighter suffered some minor injuries. No reports of anybody else being hurt. And in about an hour, the family of the 77yearold mills will hold a vigil at the location where he died. Mills suffered a heart attack from across the house where firefighters allegedly refused to come out and help him. Now that family is calling for those to be involved fired, calling for an attorney. She and the family are calling for the city to take responsibility for leaving the 77yearold mills to die when firefighters across the street at engine 26 allegedly refused to help him. Two firefighters including davis are on paid leave and a rookie firefighter have been reassigned while the matter is under investigation.
