Police say it happened just two hours into the new year. The 15yearold turned the gun on charlotte then turned the gun on himself after some sort of scuffle. Police say they wont know whether or not the suspect is a Howard High School student. School will provide any support that is needed. If parents have any questions, certainly call the school.
