New hope tonight for people suffering from terminal diseases and the governor signed on legislation today that gives the patients access to drugs that have only passed the first stage of government approval. Thats as long as their doctor and the drugs manufacture give their blessing. Four states, michigan, colorado, missouri and louisiana have already passed right to try bills. Its about to get warm and wet. And then . Cold. Exactly. Exactly. [ laughter ] well, i mean its march. We should not get used to it. A nice break though on thursday with temperatures near 70 and dont want to see saturday just yet. A live look outside with our live michael son weather cam. Very nice evening. Clouds have moved out at least to the south of us and right now at 46. Relatively dry air mass. You know dew points in thes. Relative humidity 39 and were going to be cold tonight not like last night. Winds not a folk torr, east northeast at about 9 and theyll eventually become southeasterly and then eventually southerly and thats what will dry up the warmer air late tomorrow and thursday. Okay heres the radar over the past hour. Pretty good sam of showers through much of southern ohio and northern sections of kentucky along the river and pushing also into west virginia. These will stay south of us tonight and begin to lift north as a warm front pushes through. Good news bad news. We have some showers to deal with also. So clouds are going to return again by dawn. Bus stop temperatures, still kind of cold. I mean 30 to 42 not quite as cold as we were this morning. But thats cold if youre out for any lept of time. Mild length of time. Milder with a few showers tomorrow and then thursday warm, yep, with some thunderstorms possible. Rumble of thunder. Highs on thursday near 70 in most spots. So futurecast, tomorrow morning, see the clouds they come right back in and almost to i270 and 95 and d. C. By a day break. Temperatures in the low to mid 30s and you know a cold enough start. And then a few spin conditions here and there you see the green all light activity on the legend. Nothing crazy heavy and i think most of us are going to have a dry commute. Look tact showers maybe into Southern Maryland and looks like its going to be dry in Prince Georges County. And maybe a sprinkle for la plata. Thats about it some sprinkles possible during the afternoon. By 1 00 though everything is north of us and term reasons stoning now and gosh term reasons responding now. Getting term reasons responding now temps are responding now. 50 gaithersburg and almost 50 in hagerstown and 56 or so downtown at 58 in fredericksburg. Im going to advance again until thursday afternoon. But 11 30 in the morning until noon. Look at the temperatures, 62 downtown and also look at the yellow and orange. Those are thunderstorms that will push through. A little bit before lunchtime on thursday but it will lead to the warmer air for a while before the cold air comes rushing back in on friday. So tonight, returning partly cloudy and cold. Low temperatures in the 30s. Winds east southeast at 10. Now by morning, mostly cloudy and chilly. Some showers are possible. 30s ands. Not warrant a yellow alert. Winds now southeast and then by afternoon winds turn southerly at 10 and high temperatures 50 to 55 if again a few showers are still possible. So day planner, 37 at 7 00. With some clouds. Maybe a sprinkle at 9 40. 46 at 11 00 and back up to 50 at 1 00. With clouds still kind of hanging tough. So were looking at thursday yellow alert for rain and showers and thunderstorms. Near 70. That could affect both commutes on thursday. And then breezy and cooler on saturday and maybe a morning drop. Put drop in there and temperature about 55 and falling. Check out the seven day. 41 on saturday. Partly sunny. Got a flurry in. Yes i do. Low 50s on sunday. Mid 50s on monday and tuesday. With sunshine returning. Thank you top. The pesky potholes have been shaking our cars for months now so tomorrow, d. C.
