Well be from high to maybe extreme impacts tomorrow, just depends how bad the rain; the wind will be likely 30 to 40 Miles Per Hour and gusts. Could have some localized flooding. Power outages, we got to worry about that. You get gusts over 40, 45 with soggy ground, branches, even some small trees may come down. The afternoon commute doesnt look as bad as the morning because i think the rain in the afternoon wont be as heavy and winds will start to slacken some.
