Police in Montgomery County are asking the public for information about a masseuse now charged with sexual assault. Gavin anthony otto was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault. Otto was a masseuse in gaithersburg where he assaulted at least two clients. Police say otto could have other victims, and they are asking anyone with information to call the special victims unit.
