Big Police Presence between girard and center city where they will push everybody on the vine street expressway and then schuylkill over the platt so through the city you will see extra truck traffic, on the vine and the schuylkill expressway with the object of keeping all of those vehicles off of i95 mainly between airport and center city past the Wells Fargo Center.
