So first we will do an egg. A reallying. Whole egg. Yes i thought it came in the box or something or other or a bottle. A little protein. Kind of fits the rocky balboa theme here in philadelphia. Yes, i gotcha. How long have you been doing this. I have been bartending for 15 years. You must be tired. So after that, a little syrup, we will do a ounce, simple syrup is sugar water. Is that all it is. Yes, that is all it is. We do half ape half. Half water, half sugar. Okay. 1 ounce of cider which is fresh, apple cider. Fresh apple cider. Yes. And this is your take on eggnog. Yes, it is i like this as a self serve eggnog. Instead of the big punch bowl. What is this. This is snap, they base this on a lot of historic recipes. What is it though. It is local, it is going to have ginger, cinnamon to it, cloves, really good christmas spices. Okay. A local company owns it. Were going to to have half an ounce.
