Wilmington Police Say Someone Stole the mayors chevy blazer park on North Madison street. Cops later spotted the vehicle and tried to pull it over. They say the 17 year old driver, 15 year old passenger, tried to run offer. Police arrested both teenagers, one in a Detention Center the other out on bail.
