Last night Cleveland City Council Member announced he would be seeking neglect homicide charges under city law. Officers also face new administrative review from the city, meanwhile, tamire rices family is suing the city, in november of 2014, that 12 year old was caring a pellet gun when an officer shot that boy within seconds, one second of getting out every his cruiser, on monday a grand jury declined to recommend charges for the officer who killed that child or for a second officer who was also at the scene. 4 20. Eighteen year old known as the afluenza teenager may get another light sentence after taking off to mexico. Right now the most severe punishment that that person, ethan couch could face, is just 120 days in a adult jail. Thats because he was sentenced as a juvenile for killing those four people in a drunk driving crash from 2013. Authorities say those cars are believed to be connected to the thefts. And sources also say they have recovered most of the stolen tank at the scrap yard along the 2600 block of wheat chief lane.
