Family members say she was 48yearold ruth burnett thats picture of her. One much her daughters found her severely beaten in a second floor bedroom. Investigators did not find any weapons at the scene. American Airlines Flight headed to philadelphia never made it off the ground. It was taxiing to the runway in palm beach florida when american says the play experienced maintenance issue. People had to use the slides to get off the plane. American says 14 passengers and three flight attendants had minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals. Theres no word yet on what the issue was. Right now Philadelphia Police have a teenaged suspect in custody in connection to a 15yearold boys murder in southwest philadelphia. Tahir barnes died earlier this month after someone shot him and two of his friends as they were leaving a basketball game at 60th and baltimore avenue. His two friends survived. Police sources tell fox 29 homicide detectives are right now questioning the suspect and investigators are in the released that persons identity. Prosecutors have not filed any charges yet. In reading charges have been refiled against a Police Officer accused of punching a woman and smashing her phone. Officer santiago is charged with official oppression and evidence tampering among other offenses for this incident all caught on Surveillance Video in april. Last month a judge dismissed the charges after a preliminary hearing citing lack of evidence but the da determined the judge erred in that decision owe so the da says said the officer had no cause to make the stop and punch the woman and attempted to destroy the cell phone video. Heres jeff cole. Reporter these septa trains lumbering in and out of center city are likely packed and running late. How has the experience been for you . What has it been look. Pretty stressful and aggravating honestly. Theres been lots of delays.
