But you had many people in that group other than neonatzis and White Nationalist. Okay . And the press has treated them absolutely unfairly. Now, in the other group also you had some fine people but you also had troublemakers and you see them come with the blackout fits and with helmets and with the baseball bats. They told police no children were involved and the man maliciously killed the bird and that it took awhile for that bird to die. Police found an alligator in an Atlantic City pool today. They are not investigating how it got there. They say they know that. But thats not all. Today investigators raided the baby view in and sweets where they say a drug network was operating. Police searched 80 rooms and seized drugs, cash and air soft guns and 33 people were removed from the property including children. Seven dogs were found as well and officers say they had to shoot one pitbull when an aggressively charged at them. But theres one snag from this big Solar Eclipse you didnt see coming. If you were expect to go to get your facebook picks on facebook or instagram, stand by. We are six days away from the first Solar Eclipse in decades and kids in a School District out near harrisburg are not going to be watching it. The Cumberland Valley School District near harrisburg canceling recess on monday during the eclipse. They dont want students injuring themselves looking at the sun. In a letter district officials recognized the opportunity to view an eclipse a rare but they say students safety is more important. Eye heres a Little Something expect limited cell phone coverage during the eclipse but its really got nothing to do with the sun and moon itself. You go to rural location you already have spotty or limited cell service youre probably not going to get any cell service at all because of the overload of the network from people trying to live stream or to share the event on social media. But in networks get overloaded there could be bigger problems than failed up loads. Its a story we told you about last week and we got new video of him tonight. Now several agencies are offering a 15,000 reward for helping catch him. Fox 29s dawn timmeney has details. Reporter police are hoping someone recognizes the man in this just released Surveillance Video. Investigators say he poured a flammable liquid around nine cars at a city garage tucked under the 12th Police District and engine 40 headquarters at 65th and woodland and then tried to set it on fire. The little known garage is used by police, firefighters and city employees. Probably 600 people that work in that building. Were very fortunate alert corporal working the midnight shift smells an oster gas and does the right thing. Walk out of the building. Starts looking for the source goes down and sees immediately the liquid on the floor. Reporter police say the happened last wednesday morning at 4 17. They believe this guy was looking to create a catastrophe. You got a building like that goes on fire, i mean, you can lose a city block pretty quickly most importantly lose one of 21 relocate those people. It could have been a real tragedy. Reporter investigators believe the guy is known to the neighborhood and say he was wearing distinctive clothing. If you look specifically the pants hes wearing, the faded nature down the bottom by his calves and also as he leaves the parking garage and returns back and forth his gate how he walks report roar police say at one point he lead for about 30 minutes returning with bed sheet covering his body and pushing a baby stroller which he then abandons. Unknown woman take the stroller, police also want to talk to her. For some coward to go out there and try to take the lives of our firefighters and our police officers, we need to get that individual off the street. We need to get that individual off the street now. Reporter it turns out that there were problems whitlock on that garage and thats how the guy got in. There were also no cameras inside that garage. So police had to obtain surveillance from nearby home. Theyre looking to improve security at the garage and at nearby Police Districts. Dawn timmeney, fox 29 news. Dozens of people in philadelphia tonight have no place to call home after an apartment fire. It broke out around 12 30 this morning near academy road moral avenue. Firefighters kept flames contained to one room and one building but the smoke and water that damaged other apartments. The fire sent two people to the hospital. One in critical condition. A firefighter also has minor injuries. A mans 21st Birthday Party turned sick and criminal when police say he raped two, 12yearold girls. Chester county prosecutors have charged Devon Edwards stork with multiple counts of rape of a child younger than 13. During his Birthday Party last june he brought two, 12yearold girls in to his basement had sex with them. He continued to have sex with one of the girls between that june and march of 2017. We are not sure what recent event led prosecutors to no chae him aft all these months. Its hard to believe its time to get ready for back to school. We spoke with number of military vets wondering how the va study might affect prescriptions for medical marijuana including one ex marine who says its saving his life but its not the only thing. I would rather be a little bit anxious than be drooling on myself or want to commit suicide the way that the pills that i was on made me feel. Reporter retired marine Staff Sergeant mike wider came home from iraq and kosovo facing anxiety, depression, ptsd. Pain. Over a period of five years i was on 40 different medications. Reporter now hes down to two pills a day, and his medical marijuana. I can tell you that cannabis works for me. It might not work for everybody. Reporter mike explains it didnt happen overnight, and it takes more than cannabis to keep his fears, pain and demons in check. If i just use cannabis, and didnt go to therapy and didnt really work on myself to try and get over the hurdles that i had to get over, i wouldnt be where i am now. Reporter he says he felt the side effects outlined in the new va study finding marijuana may not help with most chronic pain and might even make pstd symptoms worse. I wasnt being careful about how much i was taking. I wasnt being careful about dosages. I was i was more interested in getting stoned, right . So id take a big dab havent a panic attack. Because thats what happens when you consume massive quantities of cannabis it makes i was little anxious.
