Such an honor very humbling enormous thanks goes to my bosses here at fox 29 for allowing to us share the important stories of the four legged members of your family. Congratulations, lucy. Thanks. Sean whats come up in sports. Its all about the draft this week. Two players right in our own backyard talk about going through the nfl draft process plus Malcolm Jenkins showing love to his alma mater. Jenkins speaks up on who he thinks the eagles should draft. Thats coming up next in sports. Nfl draft is only three days away. Eagles have the 14th overall pick. A lot of different ways to go at that spot a lot of different impact players they can choose from and one of those guys is temples Hassan Reddick he has a shot to be a beast. Shot up draft boards ever since his senior bowl getting a lot of love from lot of different teams but today he got love from his hometown. Hes from camden and today the mayor gave him the key to the city. Its been a long long journey from reddick from being a walk on to temple to potentially first round draft pick. Today he talked about being ready to getter over this process. Its threemonth interview. But to be able to do something that you love you know no price on that. Its something ive taken in and truly enjoyed every step of the way. Reddick is not the only local guy goals are looking at. Ton know the defensive lineman from villanova one of the guys that would fit in great with this team. Going to the eagles for him that would only be the right thing to do because thats the team that made him love this game. The first people i looked to were the eagles i moved here in sixth grade thats to was here, mcnabb. They just got me excited about football. But the first did end i started watching was jj watt after him i just started watching a lot of d ends. The think about jj watt most of the plays come from him just running. Running to the ball going full speed and thats kind of what i did here. Of course the eagles have been tight lipped about who they will be drafting. But Malcolm Jenkins he doesnt to be. He made it real clear. Ohio state marshawn lat per and connelly are two guys hes familiar with someone he loves to be on this team. Id love to get db. I love to get conley. I need another buck eye on the team. Selfishly i like to take him. And a little quick phillies note. Theyll be taking on the marlins tomorrow they had the day off but today they placed aaron nola on ten day disable list with a strained lower back. Tough situation for him. Yeah it is. All right. Thanks for watching that does it for us at 10 00. Stay here for your 11 00 oclock news, your wake up weather and seven day forecast in the first five minutes. Are allergies holding you back .
