Reporter lucy, a 40yearold man is under arrest facing charges in connection with the kidnapping, carjacking and robbery of that center city doctor right here at this parking garage at seventh and delancey early this morning. Tonight, the doctor is okay thanks in part to that gas station worker. His boss and police are calling 25yearold queue march is hero after he interrupt add carjacking wednesday morning and helped save a center city doctor. Yeah, sure. Im proud of him. Reporter it all started when the suspect carjack the doctor from this parking garage at seventh and delancey across from pennsylvania hospital. Minutes later the accused carjacker was caught on camera at a Port Richmond gas station. Forcing the carjacked doctor to use her atm card. Queue march noticed the doctor and the suspect acting suspiciously. Queue marchs quick decision to intervene spook the carjacker and he left the store. The doctor remained inside askew march tried to get her keys and cell phone back from the carjacker even though he had a gun. Try shoot me. My duty customer help. Its my store. Lawson has accused sawyers and other officers in federal court of violating her civil rights during an april 2013 arrest in her home. Their second meeting does not go well.
