He was arrested, caught red handed police say in two residential burglaries and they say he could be the same suspect in connection with a string of break ins of Drexel University students in that area that has them on edge. Investigators say the young woman came home to find a man inside her apartment here in the evo building on the 2900 block of chestnut street.
