Reporter good morning, lauren well the degreesly scene was discovered by one of the couples children, so the two bodies were found bloodied by a chain saw. This yes found inside the familys country lane home in lower moreland yesterday before 1 00 p. M. Police are calling one of the deaths a homicide. They are wait to go make a declaration on both deaths until after an autopsy is completed. That is scheduled for today. Neighbors didnt want to talk on camera last night and said they wanted to deal with the tragedy privately the Montgomery County District Attorneys Office says the victims are a 48 year old man and a 43 year old woman again, found by one of their children. And not one person has come forward to say whether he apologized or what was said afterward, on the train ride here to center city, but video on the train showed the 60 year old and a teenager talking back and forth. The teen taking off the strap of his back pack, looking ready to get physical. And did he after the train stopped on the 15th street platform right under the clothespin, across from city hall where both got off. The 06 year old surrounded by other teens, while facing the other the teen punches him from behind with enough force to break his jaw, knock him out before he hits the grounds, and then the fall to the concrete platform, the punch caused a cut needing lots of stitches to his face. It is critical for us to talk to the people that were on that train and anybody that took video and audio watch was occurring. This is not a case of a random rider being attack by a mob. This is a bunch of kids that were on the train behaving prior to the incident, and something occurring with an adult who gets on the train. That adult continues to engage with one member of that group to the point where at 15th street where they all stepoff there is a physical altercation where that man is struck, and it appears that he didnt know the punch was coming.
