Pulled over 32yearold Francis Perry. Perry was pulled over on active warrant. Officials also believed perry had a large amount of drugs in the car. Officials say as they approached his car. Perry shot at them. Officers then returned fire. Hitting perry several times. Judd says officers immediately began cpr and called for an ambulance. Perry is in the hospital right now. None of the deputies are hurt. Something sheriff judd is Francis Perry has an extensive criminal history. Including attempted Second Degree murder, fleeing to elude, impersonating a Law Enforcement officer, and possession of meth. Hed just been released from prison in march.
