And days ago Law Enforcement widened their search thinking watson left the area until a promising tip came in this morning that brought the search right back to where it all began. We are confident we are in the place where he was last spotted and most recent to be known he was here. Convicted fell on david watson is on the run five days and tonight, Howard County Police Believe he still is in the area where he escaped custody. The caller reported the man he saw was wearing a white hard hat and safety investigate. Either knee on yellow or orange in color. When the caller spotted the which the caller found suspicious and prompted him to call 911. Investigators say around 9 30 wednesday morning a local employee called police after spotting a man near the Railroad Tracks in the area of dorsy run road in Jessup Police respond wrd they located several workers all ruled out as the man seen by the caller. However, a short time later we learned that a hard hat and safety investigate had been stolen from a Storage Building about i mile away from that scene. So at this point we suspect that the suspect, david watson, could be, in fact, wearing a hard hat and or a bright colored safety investigate. I should say that car also stolen and that Assault Rifle reported stolen from Rockville City Police cruiser last saturday.
