The other two told police that heagganbrown offered to pay them for sex. All of the crimes allegedly took place at heagganbrowns home on milwaukees north side. The first investigation reportedly told hospital staff at st. Josephs that he had gone to a bar with heagganbrown the night after Sylville Smith was shot and killed. The pair reportedly watched coverage of the riots on tv. Later that night, the Victim Told Police he woke up to heagganbrown sexually assaulting him. The victim said he had trouble remembering everything that happened and he felt drugged. The complaint said his eyes teared up as he recounted the details. While investigating the first incident, detectives searched heagganbrowns cell phone, leading them to three heagganbrown is suspended from the department and again is in custody. The Milwaukee County District Attorney is still investigating the deadly shooting of Sylville Smith. Its not clear when a decision in that case will be made.
