A Norfolk School was forced to evacuate this morning after reports of a bomb threat that s according to police. This happened at Lake Taylor Middle School on kempsville all clear just before 10. Police also say no device was found and students were escorted back into the school. No one was hurt. A Newport News Elementary School is empty today officials closed it down when they found lead based paint inside. This is how hilton Elementary School looked this morning no students, no buses. An alert was posted on the school s website it said crews were stripping paint for a new coat and discovered the lead based paint. Last night crews came in and started cleaning and performing air quality tests. That continues today and School Officials say they won t re open the school until they see a good air quality reading.
