Police say the officer felt threatened and made the decision to use force. During the confrontation it is alleged the 13yearold boy made a threat against the officer that led the officer to believe that he was going to shoot him. Michelle hadley was arrested and put in jail for allegedly stalking her former fiancees her pretending to be online. In a moment, well talk to her exclusively, but first datelines Dennis Murphy has the story. Reporter the charges and the headlines were devastating to Michelle Hadleys parents, michael and suzanne. They couldnt, wouldnt believe it. Theres nothing in character with the michelle that you have raised here. Not at all. Reporter police said michelle sent threatening emails to a woman named angela diaz. She had recently married michelles exfiance. There was clear, compelling and convincing evidence to believe that Michelle Hadley was the person who was sending the emails. Reporter but then the Cyber Threats became darker. Even dangerous. Michelle was suspected of responding to craigslist rape fantasy ads in angelas name and directing men to angelas home. Angela called 911 saying one of the men attacked her. This is way beyond internet mischief. This is a criminal act in your city. Most definitely a criminal act. Reporter mic arrested but insisted she was innocent. It took months, but eventually police and prosecutors unraveled the complex computer forensics. The da delivered the stunning news. Im here to announce the filing with felony complaint against angela marie diaz. Reporter in an already beyond strange case, this turned things up to 11. The da said angela diaz was the mastermind and sole actor in an elaborate scheme to portray herself as the victim. She had simply framed Michelle Hadley. Michelle is accused of being angela who turned out to be angela pretending to be michelle pretending to be angela. Reporter the charges were just that convoluted. Angela accused of sending herself threatening emails. Inviting men to her own home to rape her. Inflicting injuries on herself. All to put her husbands exgirlfriend behind bars. When youre being accused of these things, of sending these threatening emails of then and then sending men to angelas house to have sex with her forcibly, you were telling the police im not doing this. This has nothing to do with me. Did you get any sense that even for a second they believed you . No, i got the sense that it was quite the opposite. I got the sense they didnt want to hear my side of the story. There is a little extra part of this. When the relationship with your exfiance broke up, you did send some emails to him that were nasty. I wouldnt call them nasty, but i would say that the language that i used was more forceful than i would normally take. But the tone and the language was very different from what angela as but if you read those emails as a police officer, do you think they would have led you to be a likely suspect in what was happening with diaz . I think that the police have a responsibility to do a true, thorough investigation regardless of what they think suspect off of something speculative. We reached out to the Anaheim Police department for comment. Heres what they said. We believe our actions were appropriate based on the evidence that was known to us at the time. In addition, it was the persistent efforts of the detective who ultimately uncovered the truth that led to michelles exoneration. How do you feel about that . I believe that the police had enough Information Available to them before they arrested me the first time. To know it wasnt me doing it. Ironically, angela diaz although shes pleaded not guilty shes being held in the same jail where you spent three months. Yeah. Thats an unbelievable twist. Yeah. The hardest to make a good soft and hard boiled egg. You say start with cold water. Put them in the boiling water for three minutes, time it exactly. Take them out, eat. For a medium, like this one, this is a perfect soft boiled egg. Yeah. Four minutes. All right. Thats it. For hard boiled you can put the eggs into cold water. Bring them to the raging boil. When theyre boiling cover, turn off the heat. And put your timer on for a small, medium egg, 12 minutes. For a large, extra large egg, 13 minutes. Take them out of the water you dont get that ugly green side on it. Look at the egg. No green, theres its perfect. I love it. A little bit soft to take your smoothie with you, you say make a popsicle. I eat greek yogurt and fruit and granola every morning. So i have vanilla greek yogurt, im doing raspberries today. You can go blueberries or strawberries or a banana. Or a banana. They took my banana away. Put the lid on, blend it up. If the power there we go. There we go. And then you just layer wit some granola into little ice pop molds. Perfect. Another tip. Its easy. Im spilling it. Thats okay. Its live television, okay. You can do it with kale. Oh.
