Between 13th and 14th is shut down. Kenyon street is your alternate. This will be one heck of a problem for those who use columbia road. Reporter yeah, a lot of people going through Columbia Heights use columbia road to 14th street, but as you can see its not going to happen today with the road completely shut down at 13th street. So its a oneblock stretch from 13th to 14th closed. You can see over there on the lefthand side of the roadway they have things all dug up and are doing emergency repairs. The closure will be in place through rush hour and perhaps longer. And we are also told when they reopen things there will be an impact as they expect to have partial lane closures and restrictions, even when they get some of the work done. So this will linger for a couple days in the Columbia Heights area. Its a popular cutthrough so folks just have to give themselves extra time to take a little detour through the neighborhood. Neighbors heard a disturbance and called police just before 12 30 yesterday afternoon. Police say brown was not shot. The autopsy report is pending. Security changes are on the way for a popular maryland concert hall after two people died from drug overdoses. Two people died from apparent overdoses of ecstasy attending the music festival. They are asking security to review Safety Measures more close closely at concerts. And this 15yearold was last seen at 7 00 last night wearing the same clothes pictured and carrying a yellow purse if you have information, contact manassas city police. And later this morning prosecutors will question new witnesses in the Bob Mcdonnell trial. Johnny williams is done testifying after four days on the stand. Take a look here, theyve got Emergency Water and sewer work going on here. Theyve got the side of the roadway there all dug up. We are told that this closure is going to be in place definitely through the morning rush hour and possibly even longer. They have a lot of work to do. I just spoke to someone from d. C. Water saying the very old pipe runs through this area so they have to swap out things and make the repairs. Even when they do some of the work, they are expecting when the road reopens to continue to have restricted lanes on the road. So this is going to be a problem for a few days yet.
