A very serious charge for the murder of Tricia Mccauley and for that johnson is due in court in a matter of the 29yearold now accused of firstdegree murder in the death of Tricia Mccauley, his fourth arrest this month. 11 days ago, johnson netted two arrests for death, one at a pcs store and another at a cvs store. He was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation and wear a tracking monitor. Clearly people dont see it. Clearly its i just have it on my leg and im going to commit more crimes. Reporter its unclear if johnson ever followed through. A search of records link him to theft charges and assault and hes wanted for crimes in montgomery and prince georges county. Mccauley was found dead in her car on tuesday. Police say a tipster led them to johnson which led them to mccauley. A vigil is held in her h a many lives. And before her discovery, friends had not heard from mccauley until christmas they had not heard from her since christmas afternoon. Johnson will be due in court later today.
